"Is That Really True?"

I am often what I call, "pinged" by the Spirit world for loved ones and friends.  If they are struggling and cannot hear their own inner guidance, the beautiful beings of light that help guide them will often come knock on my door, asking me to please communicate a message to them.  I am excited for them to hopefully learn someday how to go within and receive this beautiful guidance on their own, but in the interim, I am happy to be a messenger.  So often what they say applies to so many, and not just that particular friend.  They are beautiful messages that would benefit many to hear, so I wanted to share one that came to me today for a friend.

...I am not sure when this came to me, sometime during the night or the early hours of the morning.  Your guides are telling me that you are falling into Fear, that you are buying the illusion of separation.  You feel so alone in this world, so bereft, and abandoned in a way.  That is not true, that is Fear trying to hold you in its place of constriction when your soul is asking you to instead step forward into Faith.

They showed me again how the Spirit world walks with you day in and day out...regardless of whether you are aware of their presence.  They showed me how the room filled with beings of light and the departed during your last session.  They told me how Fear is robbing you of experiencing the beauty of being able to be fully present in the beautiful current moment.  The present moment is where the magic lies, it is where we receive a glimpse of Heaven on earth.  We can be sustained through the harshness of life when we receive the life-giving breath of the present moment.  Your Fear is making you feel disconnected from the flow of the Divine moving through you and through your life.

They asked me to remind you of one small thing, one small task for you to do.  As you feel yourself begin to fall into that rabbit hole of over-analyzing and overthinking...as your ego/fear begins to fill your mind with thoughts that do not serve you...simply ask yourself, "Is that really true?"  Question the chatter of your mind, its assertions.  When you ask yourself if what you are thinking is really true, I believe you will be surprised and pleased how often the response will be "No".  Then please trust that "No" and let the thought go...

I saw this on Facebook today from Gabby Bernstein and she explains beautifully what your guides were conveying to me...

"Truly accepting your love nature requires you to relinquish all the stories and pretenses you’ve created about yourself. While this may seem challenging, trust that even a brief moment of connection is enough to remember. Many folks who begin to open up to metaphysical truths get scared when they start to feel more connected to love. That feeling is not your truth, it’s the voice of fear trying to stay alive.

Your faith in fear will make you resist your connection to love in order to keep you in the perception that you’re separate from the love of the Universe. It’s terrifying to let go of the beliefs you’ve held onto for your lifetime. But your happiness and peace depend on releasing those ideas. Remember that fear will resist love, especially when love becomes more present in your life. Simply be aware of your fearful resistance and know that you can always choose again.

Your human experience is part of your spiritual journey, so you don’t have to walk through life expecting to live in divine connection all the time. Instead, simply aim to string together many moments of consciousness to ultimately remember that you are the spirit of love having a human experience."
